At Single Hill, we keep our 24 taps full! With five of our core beers always available, we’re always putting out fresh and interesting rotators and one-offs to keep everyone happy. We showcase locally grown hops, including our Outcross trial series for experimental hops, but we make sure to always keep something tart, something light, and something dark pouring as well.
BEER TO GO // Prefer to sip on Single Hill at home? Looking to load up for a party? We offer almost everything we make in a 4-pack, while the fanciest brews might end up in 500ml bottles. Looking for a keg? Call ahead to find out our current availability.
OTHER DRINKS // Looking for something other than beer? We’ve got a rotating selection of draft cider and seltzer; wine by the glass; and non-alcoholic beverages.
We're in an evolving state with our food program! In the coming weeks we will begin serving limited coffee-shop style food options for breakfast and lunch in addition to our evening food vendors, but we're not quite there yet!
Currently we have a rotating food vendor schedule that you can find on our event calendar further down the page. Our typical food vendor hours are:
Tuesday - Friday • 3:00 - 9:00 PM
Saturday • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sunday • 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Outside food is always welcome in addition to our food vendors, so don’t be shy about getting takeout from a local favorite, or ordering a pizza delivered to the taproom!

If your dog is friendly, we are dog friendly.
We ask that dogs be kept on leash and please, no barking.
Single Hill Commons: No-ish.
Due to our tight space, we do not currently allow pets inside. When weather permits, we do have two outdoor tables that you're welcome to sit at with your dog!
Yakima Taproom: Yes.
Because we are a social space that caters to all demographics, we encourage a family-friendly environment. Our kids corner is popular among the little ones!
Single Hill Commons: No.
Our license type requires that all persons in the establishment be at least 21 years of age.

Almost every beer we make is available in a 4-pack of 16oz cans. Prices range from $13 to $20. Occasionally we’ll also bottle some of our rarest & most special brews.
Yes.
We sell two sizes of kegs to go – 50 liter (13.2 gallons, 100 pints) and sixth-barrel (5.2 gallons, 40 pints). Our core beers are usually available in both sizes, but it is always best to call ahead and ask!
There is a $100 keg deposit that is fully refundable when the empty keg shell is returned. Party taps are also available for a $40 rental fee (please note: we have limited party taps so they are available on a first come, first serve basis).
To comply with Washington state law, alcoholic beverages other than beer and wine are not allowed to be consumed on premises. As such, we serve beer, wine, and cider, but not spirits. Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside alcohol.
Tabs left open at the end of business hours will have a 20% gratuity fee assessed and will be charged to the card left on file.
We will hold your card and receipt in the taproom for you to claim at your convenience.
